We were in need of staging a home that we had been renting out to tenants for several years but decided to sell. While the house was cute, clean, freshly painted, and in good condition it was missing that extra pop and warmth provided by well-selected furnishings PandaPawer is absolutely brilliant!! They transformed our cute 1924 cottage into a charming, more modern residence with art, area rugs, couch, TV, beds, night stands, tables, chairs, large floor to ceiling mirror, varied lighting and accessories, plants. When I walked into the finished, completed house, it was a totally different residence with a fresh look that will give potential buyers a better idea on how the rooms can best be used. Plus the rooms surprisingly look larger with furniture which is an added plus. Our realtor originally had photos taken of the house empty and the photos to be used online were flat, inhospitable and most unwelcoming. Now with PandaPawer's added work the photographer will return to capture improved photos. Kevin and Somair are professional, creative and, best of all, easy to work with and eager to accommodate their clients. I heartily recommend PandaPawer. Our company was new to the LA area. I was given the daunting task to find an apartment in the city near our location and have it ready for our employees to move in before opening day. Thanks to Somair and Kevin I did not have to be physically in the State of California in order to make this happen. They made the whole procedure effective and painless. Somair even went to an apartment that I was interested in and video taped a virtual tour for me. I found an apartment and was able to purchase furniture from PandaPawer directly because they stage homes. They went even one step further. They had me send them all the accessories that I purchased. Somair and Kevin arranged to have the apartment cleaned and all the accessories un-boxed and set up as well as arranging for all the beds to be made and ready for use. Panda Pawer made my dream come true. And when I say dream, I mean DREAM. After living in an apartment my whole life, I now live in a gorgeous mid-century home in Los Feliz overlooking the Hollywood hills. I didn't think it was possible that I'd ever own a home in Los Angeles, so when John-David and Somair approached me about potentially buying a home, I was very skeptical. That was in January. Two months later, I'm getting the keys, popping a bottle of Champagne, and moving into my new condo.

I began to get discouraged again, but they were confident we would find the perfect home... and then we did. The moment we stepped into the condo, we all knew this was it.
I decided to make an offer that day, and John-David and Somair jumped into action. They submitted the offer to the seller that same evening. They were very strategic in making my offer competitive and attractive. However, most importantly, they included extra touches and incentives that eventually made the difference in the seller accepting my offer! From there on out, they scheduled inspections, guided me through escrow, recommended contractors for minor repairs, and made sure the closing paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. The whole process, from start to finish, only took two months.
I would not be living in my new home if it hadn't been for Somair and John-David. Not only do I recommend Panda Pawer to anyone looking to buy a home in Los Angeles, but also to those who don't think it's even possible. Like I said, John-David and Somair made my dream come true.
