Panda Pawer made my dream come true. And when I say dream, I mean DREAM. After living in an apartment my whole life, I now live in a gorgeous mid-century home in Los Feliz overlooking the Hollywood hills. I didn't think it was possible that I'd ever own a home in Los Angeles, so when John-David and Somair approached me about potentially buying a home, I was very skeptical. That was in January. Two months later, I'm getting the keys, popping a bottle of Champagne, and moving into my new condo.
From the very beginning, John-David and Somair focused on getting to know me and and guiding me through the labyrinth that is being a first-time home buyer. I trusted them completely. They connected me with their mortgage broker to get approved for a very affordable loan without ever pressuring me to apply for anything beyond my means. Once I was approved, things became real and I began to believe. For the next few weeks, we toured open houses throughout Los Angeles, navigating through fixer-uppers, overpriced flips, probate auctions, and just plain expensive homes. I began to get discouraged again, but they were confident we would find the perfect home... and then we did. The moment we stepped into the condo, we all knew this was it.
I decided to make an offer that day, and John-David and Somair jumped into action. They submitted the offer to the seller that same evening. They were very strategic in making my offer competitive and attractive. However, most importantly, they included extra touches and incentives that eventually made the difference in the seller accepting my offer! From there on out, they scheduled inspections, guided me through escrow, recommended contractors for minor repairs, and made sure the closing paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. The whole process, from start to finish, only took two months.
I would not be living in my new home if it hadn't been for Somair and John-David. Not only do I recommend Panda Pawer to anyone looking to buy a home in Los Angeles, but also to those who don't think it's even possible. Like I said, John-David and Somair made my dream come true.

I came to Los Angeles on a whim and did not know much about the real estate in the area. I was pretty lost on finding an apartment so I found PandaPawer Living on Yelp and sent a message. I received a call from Somair in a matter of 20 minutes. Right off the bat he figured out the gist of what I was looking for and sent me 10-15 listings in the following hours. Moving to CA from out of state came with challenges. It was scary and uncertain. My goal was to find a place within a week during a visit to Los Angeles. Without Panda Power, I would not have met this goal. I called several places and was either turned down or received no call back. I tried one last place and received a call from a friendly, knowledgeable agent from Panda Power and I finally felt confident that I was in good hands. The agent knew the answers to all of my questions about the property itself and the surrounding neighborhood. Most of the transactions were done from out of state after the initial visit and I encountered no hangs-up or obstacles with this due to the level of customer service I was provided.
Eventually, I will be looking for a home to purchase and I will put my trust in Panda Power for this as well. I would recommend Panda Power to anyone and everyone. The level of dedication and enthusiasm is something you just don't find everywhere.
